Francisco Javier Martín Porras is a Spanish criminal defence lawyer and forensic expert witness, managing partner of Société de Conseil Juridique et Expert (SCJE), a criminal law firm with offices in Alicante and Madrid.
With more than sixteen years of courtroom practice, his work focuses on economic and technological crime: fraud, money laundering, corporate criminal liability and digital evidence. He is an international consultant on cybercrime for the UNODC (United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime) in Central America and the Caribbean, and the creator of the LIWARD method, the legal-intelligence system that structures the firm’s litigation strategy.
He is the author of several books on criminal law and digital evidence, a frequent speaker at legal congresses, and leads a forensic laboratory specialised in authenticating digital evidence for court proceedings.
